Dishes and drinks that have us doing a double-take this week include a hominy “macaroni and cheese” topped with Flamin’ Hot Cheetos, a green crab miso ramen from sustainable seafood concept Seamore’s and a gelato sundae decorated to look like a turkey at Vivoli il Gelato at Disney Springs in Orlando, Fla.
