When presented with the opportunity to open restaurants in Atlantic City, N.J., Garces Group, a member of the RH 25 this year, decided to break out of what had been previously done with completely new concepts under the leadership of renowned Latin-American chef Jose Garces.

“My team and I have worked hard at creating all-new restaurant options unlike any of our other restaurants,” Garces said in a release. “Each of the three restaurants has a unique look and feel that transports guests to either a Japanese streetscape, seafront coastal town, and beachside beer bar.”

Their innovation led to the opening of casual-dining concepts Okatshe and Olón, with its accompanying bar, in March. Look inside Jose Garces’ Atlantic City restaurants.
