Every year, AllergyEats — a guide on allergy-friendly restaurants in the United States — compiles the Top 10 Most Allergy-Friendly Restaurant Chains list based on ratings from customer feedback on its app and website. Ratings are based on a 1 through 5 scale, with 5 being the most allergy-friendly.

The 2018 results — collected through December 31, 2017 — highlight five large chains and five small chains for their commitment in accommodating the food-allergic community.
