Chef’s Gourmet Tartar Sauce

4T Capers, small

2cups Mayonnaise

4T Green olives, stuffed

2T Lemon juice, fresh

4T Maui onions, minced

1t Caper juice from jar

1t Dill weed, fresh, minced

1/4t Black pepper, fresh ground

1T Parsley, fresh, minced

2T Sweet pickle relish

Chop capers and olives in food processor. Combine all ingredients. Stir in pickle relish.
