One thing you don't know about me is that I love car racing.
If I could trade places with one chef it would be Naomichi Yasuda of Sushi Yasuda in New York. I love sushi and all raw fish.
One of my most memorable meals was at Pappacarbone in Cava de' Tirreni, Italy, along the Amalfi Coast.
If there was no extra virgin olive oil, I'd have no reason to live.
My go-to drink is Campari and soda.
If I were on death row my last meal would be langoustines.
The thing I hate most about this business is … honestly, I love everything about this business.
If I could change one thing about me? I would have been born Italian.
My favorite junk food is Kewpie Mayonnaise.
If I wasn't a restaurant operator, I'd love to be a race car driver.
