Following several months of restaurant industry stagnation, franchising development appears to be picking up again, despite the uptick in COVID-19 cases worldwide.

With the restaurant industry changing and adapting every day — and unfortunately, many restaurants are not surviving the months of closures and setbacks — the new real estate landscape presents a unique opportunity for restaurants
