INGREDIENTS:¾ cup plain yogurt
1 ½ tsps. curry powder
¾ tsp. onion powder
18 oz. canned tuna, water packed, drained
6 Tbsps. raisins (optional)
6 English muffins, split, lightly toasted
1 ½ cups low-fat cheddar cheeseDIRECTIONS:1. Stir together yogurt, curry powder and onion powder. Add tuna and raisins, if using, and stir to combine.

2. Top each English muffin with ¼ cup of tuna mixture, sprinkle each with 2 Tbsps. of cheddar cheese. Serve immediately or place under broiler to melt cheese.
