1 Angus strip loin steak, Choice, 10-12 oz.
6 asparagus spears, sauteed in steak butter
rings from 1/2 medium fresh sweet onion, unbreaded, flash-fried
2 sprigs fresh rosemary
to taste, Minor's® Signature™ Flavor Roasted Garlic Sauce

Rub surface of strip loin with Minor's® Signature™ Flavor Roasted Garlic Sauce. Grill to desired doneness. Slice strip loin into several 3⁄8" thick slices and plate with balance of steak on oblong steak platter. Garnish with sauteed asparagus spears and flash fried onion rings. Finish steak with ribbons of Minor's® Signature™ Flavor Roasted Garlic Sauce. Accent with fresh rosemary sprigs.
