Roasted cashews Chicken meat, cooked and chopped into 1/2” cubes Green onions, thinly sliced California seedless grapes, separated and rinsed
Method
In mixing bowl whisk together dressing ingredients until well combined. Toss dressing with salad ingredients to combine.
Serving suggestions: Fill a tortilla with shredded Napa cabbage, julienne carrots and this chicken salad for an Asian wrap or create a satisfying entrée salad by serving on a bed of greens.
