Yield: 1 sandwich.

2 Tbsp. Cuban Reuben Sauce (recipe follows)
6 oz. sliced corned beef
1⁄4 cup sauerkraut
2 slices Swiss cheese
2 slices Cuban bread

CUBAN REUBEN SAUCE (YIELDS 28 OZ.):
2 cups mayonnaise
1 cup Dijon mustard
1⁄4 cup caraway seeds
3 Tbs. Tabasco® brand Garlic Pepper Sauce
1⁄4 cup sweet relish
1 tsp. cracked black pepper
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

Mix all ingredients for the Cuban Reuben Sauce together and hold in refrigerator. Spread bread with sauce. Place beef, sauerkraut and Swiss cheese on bread. Place sandwich in press for 3 to 4 minutes. Serve immediately.
