2 ripe fresh California Avocados

2 cups vanilla ice cream

2 cups milk

2 tsp. pure vanilla extract

2 tsp. lemon extract

In a blender, puree the ingredients. Large avocados are recommended for this recipe. A large avocado averages about 8 oz. If using smaller or larger size avocados, adjust quantity accordingly.
