Get ready for a lot of liquid nitrogen this holiday as drinks are full of billowing smoke and food is made creepy (and spicy) at independent restaurants across the country.

As a way to celebrate the holiday and bring more customers in, restaurants have unveiled creative ways to showcase their culinary skills with wicked flavor combinations and a touch of mad-scientist madness. Meant to ‘wow’ customers, these dishes are hoping to increase business around the holiday times.
