SPRAWLING: The Gaylord in Grapevine hosts the WFF.

They're ready to deal with tough economic times at the Women's Foodservice Forum's annual Leadership Development Conference this year. The event is set for March 15-18 at the Gaylord Texan Resort and Convention Center in Grapevine, TX (Grapevine sits between Dallas and Ft. Worth and is the site of the DFW Airport). The education component features keynoter Robin Roberts, co-anchor of ABC's Good Morning America, and offers 50 unique sessions customized to a trio of educational tracks: Emerging Leaders (professionals and managers); Emerging Executives (directors and senior directors); and Executives (the vice-president level and up). There's an Entrepreneur track on the 15th, plus networking opporunities galore. WFF delivers an uplifting and valuable event to members, and this year you can add “affordable” to that list of adjectives. Attendees can choose from among multiple hotels at different price points, and WFF will help pair up those who seek to share a room. One-day registrations are available, too.
