Sandwiches are the quintessential American meal — and a great sandwich can inspire a cult following and keep guests coming back for more.
Every year, the editors of Restaurant Hospitality recognize the most innovative sandwich-makers in its Best Sandwiches in America report. If your Panini, Grilled Cheese or Barbecue sandwich has strong sales, or your customers simply won’t let you take it off the menu, we want to hear about it.

A high-resolution (300 dpi, minimum 4 inches wide) JPEG photo of the sandwich is required.
