Xperience Restaurant Group, a division of Z Capital Partners LLC, announced the acquisition of two new Mexican brands to its portfolio, Sol Cocina and Solita Tacos & Margaritas.

The contemporary brands, founded in Orange County, specialize in Baja California cuisine. Cypress, Calif.-based Xperience Restaurant Group, formerly Real Mex Restaurants Inc., plans to grow both brands.
