Tabasco® $10,000 Hottest Chef Contest

Meat & Livestock Australia Winners

Meat and Livestock Australia and Johnson & Wales University Charlotte and Miami campuses teamed up for the Taste Down Under Culinary Competition. Students vied for a share of the $12,000 scholarship prize money. Charlotte campus winners: Ed Jobin, Justin Andrew Gregory and Michael Watson. Miami winners: Anthony Dominguez, Peter Morales and Asasha Roberts.

Roth Käse Winners

At the 2009 U.S. Championship Cheese Contest, Roth Käse USA cheeses won three national awards, including Best of Class honors for its Petite Swiss in the Swiss Style Cheese Category. Roth's Private Reserve and Moody Blue each won second-place awards.
