Although New York City’s Oscar Wilde bar is new, the concept appears to be straight out of 19th century Europe with its array of antiques, Victorian-era décor and tributes to its namesake, Irish writer Oscar Wilde. Regardless of whether or not customers are fans of the literary icon, Oscar Wilde offers an extensive beverage menu and modern bites.

Take a look inside the bar, scheduled to open on Aug. 16.
