Last week, the founders of Jianbing Company, Reuben Shorser and Tadesh Inagaki, took Restaurant Hospitality’s Instagram followers behind the scenes for a day.

Jianbing Company serves bing, a hand-held street food that is eaten across all dayparts in China. The concept just opened its first permanent location in the DeKalb Market Hall in Brooklyn, N.Y.
