2 sprigs Tuscan blue rosemary
as needed, ice
2 1⁄2 oz. Ketel One Citroen
1 oz. housemade limoncello
as needed, rosemary sugar*

Place rosemary and ice in tumbler. Add Ketel One Citroen and housemade limoncello and shake. Strain through a fine mesh strainer into a chilled martini glass rimmed with rosemary sugar.

*For rosemary sugar, chop fresh rosemary from the greenhouse and stir with white sugar.
