INGREDIENTS:2 cups fresh blueberries
2 cups fresh pineapple cubes
3 Tbsp. rum or 2 tsp. rum extract
1 Tbsp. chopped jalapeño
½ tsp. grated lime peel
1/8 tsp. bottled hot pepper sauce
4 cups mixed young, tender salad greens DIRECTIONS:Combine blueberries, pineapple, rum or rum extract, jalapeño, lime peel, and pepper sauce. Mix well.
