Triple Decker Cilantro Club Sandwich

1 8” x 2” round focaccia bread, portioned into 6 even triangles
1 Tbsp. Minor’s Cilantro Signature Flavor
2 slices tomato, garden red,
thinly sliced
6 slices smoked salmon, thinly sliced (approximately 3 oz.)
½ slice white Cheddar cheese, thinly sliced
1⁄8 cup roasted yellow bell peppers, thinly sliced strips

Build from the bottom up. To start, slice one focaccia triangle horizontally into 3 equally thick slices. Spread 1 tsp. of Minor’s Cilantro Signature Flavor on bottom slice of one triangle. Lay one slice of tomato on Minor’s Cilantro Signature Flavor, followed by 3 slices of smoked salmon. Place white Cheddar cheese on top of salmon. Lay down another triangle of bread spread with 1 tsp. Minor’s Cilantro Signature Flavor. Repeat tomato/smoked salmon layer, with addition of 4 strips of roasted yellow bell pepper. Spread final focaccia triangle with remaining 1 tsp. Minor’s Cilantro Signature Flavor and place on top of sandwich. Skewer sandwich and serve with side of coleslaw.
