Cocktail (10 ounce) glass, chilled

1 ½ oz. Absolut Citron

½ oz. Limoncé Limoncello

¾ oz. yuzu juice

½ oz. fresh lime juice

2 sprigs lemon thyme

Pour the vodka, limoncello, yuzu juice and lime juice into an iced mixing glass. Add one sprig of lemon thyme, shake contents vigorously, and strain into chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with a sprig of lemon thyme.
