Spicy Fried Chicken Salad

Yield: 4-6 servings.

2 lb. chicken breast
1 Tbsp. Tabasco™ brand Pepper Sauce
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
as needed, flour
12 oz. salad greens
2 tomatoes
4 oz. carrots
3 boiled eggs
1 cucumber

Place chicken, salt, pepper and Tabasco? brand Pepper Sauce in plastic bag. Marinate overnight. Dust marinated chicken with flour. Fry until golden and chicken is done. Place 3 oz. of salad greens on plate. Top with sliced chicken. Top with remaining ingredients. Serve with choice of dressing.
