Savory Pear Pizza

Yield: 2 pizzas or 12 servings

2 lb. prepared pizza dough or crust
3 oz. extra virgin olive oil
6 garlic cloves, finely minced
1 ¼ cups Parmesan cheese, grated
6 oz. prosciutto, chopped
2 red Anjou pears, cored and thinly sliced

Preheat oven to 450°F. Place one pizza crust on each of two baking sheets.  Brush crusts with olive oil and evenly scatter half of the garlic on each. Top each crust with half the cheese and prosciutto and arrange slices from one pear on top. Bake until cheese is melted and bubbly.
