1½ oz. Cazadores reposado tequila
¼  oz. Demarara simple syrup
1 oz. horchata, prepared
1 dash Angostura bitters
4 oz. cold brewed coffee
for garnish, bruléed banana

Combine ingredients and serve over ice. Garnish with a slice of bruléed banana.
