Recently, Monin Gourmet Flavorings sponsored the Search for Zen Masters recognition program to honor creative baristas for their coffee drink concoctions. Three winners took allexpensespaid trips to the Specialty Coffee Association of America annual conference in Seattle. They included Anna Gutierrez of Puyallup, WA; Christopher Mace of Caffe Zeo in Scottsdale; and Kelley Lamm of The Chocolate Cafe in St. Charles, MO.
