1 Chicken of the Sea® Premium White Tuna Pouch Pack (43 oz.)
1 cup green peppers, diced
1 cup red peppers, diced
1 cup green onions, diced
1/4 cup capers
1/4 cup Cajun spice
2 Tbsp. olive oil
2 cups bread crumbs, plain
1 Tbsp. Tabasco® brand Pepper Sauce

Heat oil in sautè pan. Add green and red peppers. SautÈ for 2 minutes. Add green onions and sautè for 1 minute. Add capers and spice. Mix tuna and bread crumbs in bowl. Add ingredients from sautÈ pan. Mix together. Mold into 6 oz. burgers. Cook burgers in non-stick pan or griddle just until lightly browned and hot throughout, turning once.
