3 oz. Dole® Fresh Frozen Dark Sweet Cherries, thawed and pureed

2 oz. brandy

1 oz. chocolate syrup

.5 oz. vanilla extract

for garnish, chocolate shavings to rim the glass

Combine cherry puree, brandy, chocolate syrup and vanilla extract in a shaker with ice. Shake vigorously. Strain into martini glass rimmed with chocolate shavings.
