Yield: 12 servings.

1 lb. coleslaw mix, fresh, commercially prepared
1/4 cup green onions, chopped
4 cups jicama, peeled, julienne

Dressing:
1 cup Magnolia(r) Sweetened Condensed Milk, 14 oz.
1/4 cup lime juice, fresh
1 tsp. ancho chili powder, dry
1/4 cup cilantro, coarsely chopped
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. black pepper

Combine coleslaw mix, onions and jicama. Mix Magnolia(r) Sweetened Condensed Milk, lime juice, chili powder, cilantro, salt and pepper.
Combine dressing and slaw; toss to evenly coat.
To assemble single serving: Portion 4 oz.
