Julii

Julii is a French bistro with hints of North Africa by the founders of Cava Grill. It opened in the Washington, D.C., area late last year.

In the video above, chef Sasha Felikson demonstrates Julii's popular tableside ice cream service. He uses liquid nitrogen to freeze the crème Anglaise instantly in copper bowls, producing a creamier texture than ice cream made in a freezer. Guests can enjoy the dessert with various toppings.
