Diego Bufquin is an assistant professor at the Rosen College of Hospitality Management, University of Central Florida, where he teaches restaurant and lodging management. Bufquin has degrees from the École Hôtelière de Lausanne, the Glion Institute of Higher Education, Skema Business School and the University of South Carolina. His research focuses on understanding of the minds of consumers and employees at restaurants and hotels.
