| Thawed Butterball Turkey Medallions Rinsed, crisp Spring Mix Pistachios Mandarin Oranges, peeled and separated Feta Cheese Pomegranate Vinaigrette
Pomegranate Juice Granulated Sugar Salt Balsamic Vinegar Extra-Virgin Olive Oil |
- In a saucepan over high heat, boil the pomegranate juice until reduced to 1/3 cup, approximately 9 or 10 minutes. Remove from heat.
- Stir in the sugar, salt, balsamic vinegar, and olive oil; set aside to cool.
- Mix all ingredients together and top with Pomegranate Vinaigrette
