This month, check out the staffing and labor solutions tools that caught our eyes aiding in the hiring of employees, scheduling shifts and aggregating of costs associated with a business.

Check out what we spotted below.

ShiftPixy

A scheduling and recruiting platform, the ShiftPixy app gives employers the ability to broadcast their available shifts to qualified candidates. Likewise, “shifters” have the option to access and pick shifts in real-time.

Clarifi, HotSchedules

This cloud-based back-office platform was designed with operators in mind. The platform allows employers to aggregate their food-and-labor costs while also enabling a view of key metrics for success. Through the use of mobile applications that forecast need, maintain compliance, and drive operations, Clarifi gives operators the entire picture in one place.
