IFMA, the International Foodservice Manufacturers Association, today announced the 2020 class of Silver Plate award winners at its COEX (Chain Operators EXchange) conference in New Orleans.
This year’s class marks the 66th annual. The Silver Plate winners are nominated by IFMA members and other industry leaders and then selected by a jury consisting of past Silver Plate winners and trade press editors, including Food Management, Nation’s Restaurant News and Restaurant Hospitality.
From the group of Silver Plate winners, one will be named as the Gold Plate winner at this year’s National Restaurant Show (NRA) in Chicago in May.
This year, eight Silver Plate winners were named in the following categories: college and universities; elementary and secondary schools; healthcare; business and industry/foodservice management; retail and specialty foodservice; chain full service; chain limited service; and independent restaurants/multi-concept operator.
Here’s this year’s winning 2020 Silver Plate class.
