The NRA Show featured the debut of new restaurant and bar equipment that reduced labor, water, space and energy. Among the 2017 NRA Kitchen Innovations Award honorees were five standouts in dishwashing, service, cleanliness and space. The NRA Show also featured a follow-up to last year’s salad robot with one that automated the making of jello shots for the bar.
