Complete redesign launches new chapter for New York landmark
The celebrated restaurant Eleven Madison Park was born anew in New York last week after being closed through the summer for renovation and redesign.
Founded initially in 1998 by Union Square Hospitality Group, the restaurant was taken over in 2011 by its chef Daniel Humm and former general manager Will Guidara, who are now co-owners of the multiconcept group Make It Nice.
Here’s a look at the before and after for Eleven Madison Park, which reopened on Oct. 8.
