Who doesn't love a good makeover? While this San Jose, CA, Chevy's restaurant seemed fresh in the '90s, it was ready for a new concept and a new look. Arcsine, an architecture and design firm in Oakland, stepped up to the plate to help create what is now The Blue Door restaurant.
