Multi-generational expert Dr. James Pogue kicks off Restaurants Rise for the week of Aug. 18, with a keynote speech that restaurant leaders won’t want to miss.

Pogue will be leading a discussion on how the restaurant industry can achieve greater success through understanding and embracing its role in cultivating a diverse and inclusive workforce.

“We're going to dig deep into that unconscious bias space and ensure that we come out of it, knowing that we are a little bit more enlightened,” Pogue said during a sneak peek look at next week’s keynote.
