You know in movies when a gypsy looks into a crystal ball and proclaims that the future is cloudy? Most rational people probably find this funny as they assume that the gypsy is making it all up anyway. On the other hand, there are simply moments when the message in the crystal ball (or the stars above) is that the future is cloudy. Rather than a dull fudging of the future, the gist of the message is that the future needs to proceed on the basis of an unexpected and likely non-linear turn of events. September—heavily influenced by dreamy and illusive Neptune at the very apex of the horoscope—hints at broadly significant events grounded in transpersonal energies that lie outside the realm of rational analysis.
Okay, you may think, but what about running my restaurant? Well, it is important to keep in mind that Neptune is an illusionist, so there’s a good chance that “the numbers” are going to make no sense in the September period. Whether they seem too good or too bad to be true, the key is that they are probably not true, or at least not as true as an honest accountant might like, so pay some heed here.
On a different front, it’s worth noting that Mars in Cancer in the first house is in a nasty exact square to Mercury in Libra in the fifth house. As near as I can make out, this means that people are going to get into arguments (watch out for lovers and other partners getting into it) that could directly lead to the breakage of equipment in the kitchen. A bit more generically, we are looking at a classic contest of wills in which the individual who reacts solely with self-regard is going to get T-boned on the way to work while yelling at a partner on the cell phone.
Ultimately this month it may be most useful to appreciate that the world is currently on unsure underpinnings and people are attempting to orient themselves towards idealism. Hoping to avoid being sucked into some sort of void your employees and customers are casting about for value systems, both esoteric and material, that promise permanence and salvation. The emphasis is on constellation constructs that may last for millennia, rather than on a moment’s shooting stars.
So the question becomes: are you heedlessly wasting resources (yours, theirs, the worlds) or are you an assimilator of good things of lasting value? The world is a global cafeteria right now with a lot of excellent stuff available, and also a lot of crap on the line. What are you putting out there?
