He now has 18 vibrant restaurants including Belga, which San Francisco Chronicle, and three more on the way later this year. They range from the sexy, evocative Beretta to top-notch fast-casual burger (Super Duper) and Mexican (Unos Dos Tacos) joints. Even a big city like San Francisco needs cool neighborhood restaurants, and Back of the House creates them as well as anybody.
