Michael Mina's Bardot Brasserie opens at Aria in Las Vegas

The newest restaurant concept from James Beard award-winning chef Michael Mina is a stylish interpretation of a Parisian brasserie. Bardot Brasserie opened for dinner and weekend brunch in January at Aria Resort & Casino in the center of the Las Vegas strip.

The restaurant, says Mina, pays homage to the skillful culinary techniques, celebrated libations and sexy atmosphere for which The City of Lights is renowned.

“Upon entering Bardot, every detail transports guests to a café along the Champs-Elysees in the 1920s,” says Mina. “I am thrilled to introduce this restaurant to Las Vegas and for it to be a part of one of the most dynamic culinary scenes in the world.”

To create the menu, Mina and executive chef Joshua Smith traveled to Paris to develop an array of imaginative dishes. Bardot features three dining areas, including a sidewalk café that sits in a courtyard overlooking Aria’s second-floor promenade. Here’s a closer look at this new dining hot spot.
