This unique concept at Paris Las Vegas is having a love affair with chocolate.

Hexx is Nevada’s only bean-to-bar chocolate maker, creating high-quality and healthful chocolate bars onsite. If that’s not enough, it also offers an approachable American-style cuisine (prime filet, chicken and waffles) in a dining room adjacent to its chocolate-making kitchen. But clearly the star of the show is the chocolate, which is composed of more than 70 percent cacao bean from around the world, including Peru, Tanzania, Venezuela, Ecuador and Madagascar. Of course the chocolate is used in desserts and a variety of cocktails. The chocolate is so good for you that the FDA gave Hexx its “healthy food” distinction. Here’s a look at Hexx.
