As the economy continues to stabilize, restaurant traffic is climbing. Fifty-five percent of restaurant operators reported an increase in customer traffic between April 2014 and April 2015. More diners will lead to more restaurants as current owners look to expand and newcomers jump in to the game. These new guys should be in for a solid run.
