First look: New York's Masseria Dei Vini

Already have an account?

Masseria Dei Vini recently opened at 9th Avenue and 58th Street in Manhattan. The chef/co-owner is Pino Coladonato, who also operates La Masseria on W. 48th St. and La Masseria in East Greenwich, RI. The restaurant features dishes from Chef Coladonato’s native Puglia where a masseria—a farm or country house—is the heart of any large working farm. Vintage farm tools are displayed in modern, sculptural groupings along with oversized black and white photographs of Puglia’s countryside and ancient structures. Coladonato’s partners are Peppe Luele, Enzo Ruggiero and Edward Ricci.
