Paradise Dynasty and Din Tai Fung are expanding their State-side reach

Paradise Dynasty is a Singapore-based dumpling-house chain that has locations in nine countries and is now looking to open a restaurant in Los Angeles as early as 2019.
On the other hand is Din Tai Fung, which debuted in the U.S. in 2000, in Arcadia, Calif., and is also seeking to expand its foothold in the country. And homegrown upstart Stay Lucky is looking to break into Southern California.
