8 new restaurants we’re dying to try May 2015

This month, we’re not looking for white tablecloths. Instead, we want amazing food in a casual environment with attentive service and a phenomenal cocktail menu. Is that too much to ask? Fortunately, we’ve found exactly what we’re looking for in a bunch of cities across the U.S. and we’re headed out for dry-aged steaks and crispy fried chicken.
