Delaware North runs foodservice at Progressive Field, a 35,000-seat ballpark in the heart of downtown Cleveland, a city where the people are tough, and the pierogis are tender. Stadium food includes a robust balance of in-house concepts and special guest outposts of well-known local Cleveland restaurants to add authenticity to an afternoon of America’s greatest pastime (eating, of course!)
