1 bag Quick-Start® Home Style Chili Mix
1/2 cup fennel, chopped
1/2 cup zucchini, chopped
1/2 cup yellow crookneck squash, chopped
1/2 cup green bell pepper, chopped
2 Tbsp. vegetable oil

Prepare chili mix as package directs, omitting ground beef. Sautè vegetables in oil until tender; stir into prepared chili.
