Yield: 10 servings.
7 cups French bread, parbaked, 1" cubed
1 cup yellow onion, fresh, slivered, caramelized
1 cup Tyson® Bacon Pieces
1 cup spinach, chopped, frozen, thawed, squeezed dry
1 cup Cheddar-Jack cheese, shredded
2 cups Baby Swiss cheese, shredded, divided
15 eggs, large, lightly beaten
4 1/2 cups heavy cream
2 tsp. garlic, fresh, minced
1 tsp. kosher salt
1/2 tsp. black pepper, freshly ground
1 1/4 lb. Tyson® DeliSlices™ Premium Smoked Honey Roasted Turkey Breast
HOLLANDAISE SAUCE:
3 cups Hollandaise sauce, commercially prepared, warm
2 Tbsp. French's® Dijon Mustard
1 Tbsp. lemon juice, fresh
1/2 tsp. dill weed, dried
10 orange slice twists, fresh
10 dill sprigs, fresh
In a large mixing bowl, combine bread, caramelized onions, bacon pieces, spinach, and shredded cheeses.
In a separate bowl, combine eggs, cream, minced garlic and salt and pepper. Whisk to blend. Pour over bread mixture; gently fold until thoroughly blended.
Divide mixture into two 4" deep oiled third-size hotel pans. Cover with foil and place in water bath. Bake in preheated conventional oven at 375°F for 60-75 minutes, or until set. Remove from oven.
Layer each casserole with 10 oz. turkey and sprinkle with remaining cheese. Cover and return to oven for additional 10 minutes, or until cheese is melted. Remove from oven; let rest 20 minutes before slicing. Hold warm.
Combine Hollandaise sauce ingredients in large saucepan and whisk to blend. Hold warm.
For single serving: Place one 6-oz. slice of strata on serving plate. Ladle with 1 1/4 cup sauce.
Garnish plate with 1 orange slice twist and 1 dill sprig.
