2 cups red wine, light-bodied
2 cups powdered sugar
3 ounces Triple Sec DIRECTIONS:Combine all ingredients and mix with a wooden spoon. Cover and refrigerate for 3 days. Strain mixture carefully, and reserve the berries. (They make an excellent sorbetto when pureed, and then frozen in an ice cream maker according to manufacturer’s directions.)
